WebDec 5, 2009 · Cut both side of the bolt, pry the spring out of the hanger, and use a press to push the remains of the old bolt out. I've used that approach too... take simple propane or MAPP torch and burn the rubber bushing out. Stinks up the garage (and yard, and driveway, and neighbor's yard...) but works.
