Hi All I wondered if anyone can tell me about ESR results and whether my GP is right to say that the raised inflammation might be the cause of my current extreme tiredness despite having only a little pain now. I feel that the MTX is working well with the joints but my ESR has only come down from 40 to 36 in two weeks.
